Shipping and Returns Policy
Returns:
Being a very small business, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However we want you to be happy with your order, so please feel free to contact us with any questions prior to placing your order. We would gladly send additional photos and answer any inquiries to help you find the right piece(s).
If your package arrives damaged or the product is defective in any way, please contact us within 30 days of the original order. Please include your order number and a photo of the product so we can evaluate it’s condition and offer a solution. Items must be returned in their original packaging and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping labels will not be provided. Once we receive the returned product we will send a replacement or offer a credit for the product.
Local Winnipeg Pickup:
Free local pick up is available in Winnipeg. Please allow 2 – 5 business days for us to process your order and get it ready for pick up. We will contact you at the email address you provided to let you know your order is ready pick up along with a contact phone number and address. Pick up is located in River Heights on Academy Road during business hours Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time.
Shipping:
At this time shipping is only offered within Canada. Options Include the following:
- Free Local Pickup in Winnipeg (Academy Road in River Heights)
- $5.00 – Oversized Letter mail – Please note there is NO Tracking available with this option
- $15.00 – Expedited Parcel – Includes Tracking
Order Processing Time:
Please allow 2 – 5 business days for us to process your order and get it ready for shipping or local pick up. We will contact you at the email address you provided with your order to let you know your order is ready for local pick up or has been shipped. If Expedited Parcel was selected we will also provide the tracking number.
Shipping Time:
Once your package has shipped it should take 2 – 8 business to arrive. Delivery times vary and depend on destination, weather conditions and other factors. Please note that once a parcel is shipped the delivery time is out of our control and is the responsibility of the shipper. All items are shipped from Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Rush Orders:
If your purchase is time sensitive, please contact us prior to placing your order to make sure we can meet your needs. We will do our best to expedite the processing time and offer faster shipping or delivery options. There may be additional charges for upgraded Xpress or Priority shipping.
Order Cancellations:
We can only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours after the purchase.
